Andrew Goldstone Vice President, Business Strategy
A gaming industry veteran with more than 12 years experience, Andrew has held both property and corporate positions with Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. since joining the company in 1998.
Currently vice president of business strategy, Andrew’s responsibilities include aligning business strategies and information technology implementations; consulting with management to design and improve business process initiatives; consulting with management and regulatory agencies on technical regulations, as well as much more.
Prior to this role, Andrew served as senior director of revenue management, and senior director of gaming at the corporate office. At the property level, he was a regulatory and compliance officer, operations manager, and director of property management — all for Isle of Capri Casino in Kansas City, MO.
Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington University’s Olin School of Business.

Sangram Kachwaha Sangram Kachwaha is vice president, digital services at Zeta Interactive. He is responsible for all paid search (SEM), organic search (SEO), social media (SM) and digital publishing activities at Zeta Interactive. Sangram has 12+ years of progressive business and project management experience within online communications and technology. He has in-depth knowledge of operations, client management, business development services and significant experience developing start-up technology products and services. Shawn Lindsley An account manager for Ektron, Inc, a software company specializing in Web site content management solutions. In her role at Ektron, Shawn manages the South Region accounts within AR, LA, MO, MS, TX, CO, NM, KS and OK and is based out of the Denver, CO office. She has been with the company since March 2011 and has over 16 years’ experience as an account manager. Prior to coming to Ektron, Shawn was an Account Manager in the enterprise content management space working with products such as OpenText eDOCS, Kofax, and RedDot.

Ryan Murphy Senior Director, Business Intelligence
With more than 12 years of application and database development experience, Ryan Murphy began his career in the gaming industry in 2003 at Argosy Gaming Company, which became Penn National Gaming during his employment.
He joined Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. in 2007 as director of data warehouse technologies and was later promoted to his current role of senior director of business intelligence (BI). In this role Ryan manages a team that supports Ampersand, Isle of Capri's proprietary Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW); customer, slot, and hotel analytics; as well as direct and email marketing campaign management. He also manages the EDW’s evolution beyond analysis and into operations, which now allows it to do such things as send real-time email notifications to hosts when their players arrive.
Ryan has a Teradata Masters certification and is a board member of The Data Warehouse Institute, St. Louis chapter. He also has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and sociology from Bradley University.

Matthew Olden Matthew Olden is Product Manager for Bally's Multi-Media products which today include Bally CoolSign and Bally TV. He studied International Business at San Diego State University and served in the United States Marine Corps. He has been in the digital signage industry for over 6 years as a product expert and in the networking industry for over 20 years as a network consultant designing, securing and building global networks. His network consulting experience has provided him a great perspective on the requirements for multi-national or multi-site Enterprise digital signage networks and with IPTV systems allowing him to assess product functions against customer needs. He brings to Bally a very market-driven product development approach and has been focused on deepening the integration standpoints of an already outstanding digital signage product, CoolSign, and with the newer best-of-breed IPTV product, Bally TV. The integration aspects are where Bally CoolSign and Bally TV have a very distinct advantage in the marketplace and these are what Matthew is focusing on improving.

Mr. Parker has over 15 years experience in the high tech industry with such companies as IBM, Lockheed Martin , Autodesk and GlobalSpec. He has been involved with the Internet and interactive marketing since 1995 and has specific expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media for the past 7 years. Jeff Pour Senior Director of Application Development
A 15-year veteran of the gaming industry with almost three decades of experience in the information technology (IT) sector, Jeff Pour joined Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. in May 2011 as the senior director of application development.
Prior to joining Isle, Jeff was the principal for MATALICO, LLC which focused on business continuity and business intelligence consulting in the gaming industry. Jeff has completed the Disaster Recovery Institute International certification and is a Certified Business Resilience Auditor by the Business Resilience Certification Consortium International.
Jeff also served in various IT roles for Penn National Gaming/Argosy Gaming Company; the Midwest region of the American Red Cross; the Data Center Manager for American Redemption Systems; and McDonnell Douglas Corporation.
Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in computer management from Eastern Illinois University.
Outside of the office Jeff is an avid runner. He qualified for, and completed, the Boston Marathon in April 2011. His goal is to complete a half or full marathon in each of the 50 states and District of Columbia. When not training, Jeff supports other local running events by volunteering and through sponsorships and donations for the associated charitable organizations.
